The Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel is located in the Dallas suburb of Irving, Texas at the nation’s fourth most active airport and is near the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex corporate hub. Stratford oversaw approximately $7 million ($23,000 per key) in total capital expenditures which allowed the Property to increase ADR and Occupancy and bridge the gap that existed within the competitive set. This strategic investment of capital allowed the Property to increase profitability by attracting a larger share of transient and group room nights. The future earnings dramatically improved with these upgrades and the recent construction of a new lobby bar greatly increased the Food and Beverage Department’s profitability.
