Stratford Hospitality was conceived to provide creative solutions and alternatives to owners and lenders in today’s tumultuous hospitality world. The entrepreneurial spirit that created our firm energizes each challenge we confront on behalf of our clients or partners. With complementary backgrounds in operations and investment advisory, the partners provide a broad spectrum of ideas and perspective to the challenges facing hospitality stakeholders.
As advisors and as principals, our goal is to solve complex issues confronting owners and lenders through innovative structures and accretive consulting. Stratford will act as an asset manager and developer/construction manager of distressed properties for its clients and partners.
The firm will maintain a boutique, hands-on, value-add approach to all endeavors. Our investment management philosophy focuses on value creation through intense management of the physical and economic asset. We recognize that each transaction will define our reputation and therefore each assignment will be met with the full attention of the firm’s partners.
