Stratford was engaged by The Ratkovich Company to consult on the acquisition, redevelopment and operations of the 496-room Sheraton Grand, and to assist in finding an equity partner to acquire the office, hotel and retail complex. Stratford introduced The Ratkovich Company to National Real Estate Advisors and the pair consummated a $360,000,000 Acquisition and Redevelopment of THE BLOC with $125,000,000 in equity raised by Stratford.
